PUMP

The Nastec Pump is machined built and tested thoroughly through each piece separately; then is fully tested as a whole pump. The pump impellers and diffusers are manufactured in AISI304 stainless steel to ensure protection against corrosion.

These also have a built-in non-return valve (check valve) preventing back flowing into the pump and back into the well.

MOTOR

Nastec has now become the world's second largest manufacturer of canned submersible motors (second only to Franklin USA); producing more than 200,000 units per year. This innovative technology has been implemented into the new Nastec solar pump. The motor is a resin encapsulated stator with AISI 304 stainless steel. Equipped with water cooled rotor and Kingsburry thrust bearing pads.

BUILT-IN INVERTER

The Nastec solar pump has a completely resin filled hermetically sealed inverter module accessorized with a removable power cable. Inserting the inverter module into the solar pump assembly has many benefits. No longer is there a need for costly surface inverters that are susceptible to damage. Now submerged into the well it is protected and water cooled to ensure greater longevity .
